The Offsite Basic managed service package delivers 24x7 monitoring and proactive support, with service delivered during Offsite DBAs’ core support hours. The Offsite Plus and Offsite Ultimate plans provide 24x7 support, ensuring critical issues are resolved when they occur, not just during Offsite DBAs’ core support hours.

Hours of Operation - Standard

  • Monday – Friday
  • 9:00 AM EST – 5:00 PM EST
Offsite Plus and Offsite Ultimate
  • Sunday – Saturday
  • 12:00 AM EST – 11:59 PM EST

Support Portal
All service tickets and support requests are handled through our support portal. All communication is logged to protect our clients and our SLA.
